Cocktail #1: The Godfather – Marlon Brando’s character may not have been the best role model, but he sure knew how to pick a cocktail. If you had to embody one aspect of this lovable gangster, this is it. The Godfather cocktail celebrates potency & simplicity. It’s made by combining two parts Scotch with two parts Amaretto liqueur. All you have to do is pour these intoxicating ingredients over ice into a heavy bottomed glass & stir. After trying this renegade combination, it’s easy to see why it’s such a hit!
Cocktail #2: Presbyterian – After sipping on the Don’s favorite drink, this one may seem too tame. However, don’t let the name fool you. This cocktail is about as anti-establishment as you can get. It’s a perfectly balanced drink that packs a punch. It’s so good that you have to experience it for yourself. Get started by pouring 2 oz. of blended Scotch into an ice filled Collins glass. Fill the remainder of the glass with equal parts club soda & sweet ginger ale. Once stirred, this drink is ready to become part of the party. It’s become a favorite for anyone who likes to slow sip sophisticated cocktails. Even though its taste is plush, mixing this drink is shockingly simple. All you have to do is put 1 ½ oz. Scotch & ¾ oz. Drambuie on the rocks. Stir gently & prepare to be blown away!
Cocktail #4: Rob Roy – This drink may be eerily similar to the Manhattan, but it is definitely more refined. Many claim that it’s the perfect blend of sweet vermouth & Scotch. We think it was a gift from the gods. Either way it’s relatively easy to make, so there’s no excuse not to try it. Add 1 ½ oz. Scotch & 5/6 oz. sweet vermouth to a mixing glass. Top it with ice & stir until it’s chilled to the bone. Strain the mix into a glass & top with a few dashes of Angostura bitters. You are now ready to go full throttle with this dare devil drink!

Create this gorgeous cocktail by adding ¾ oz. blood orange juice, ¾ oz. sweet vermouth, ¾ oz. Cherry Herring & ¾ oz. blended Scotch into a Collins glass.
